• All oral sessions will be held in the Baroja Auditorium (2nd floor).
  • Regular presentations will be 20 minutes long (15 minutes talk + 5 minutes for discussion).
  • Plenary/Invited presentations will be 40 minutes long (30 minutes talk + 10 minutes for discussion).
  • The session room computer is a Windows laptop running Adobe Reader 2024 and PowerPoint 2016. Before the start of each session, speakers must upload their presentation files to the room laptop from a USB pendrive.
  • Using the session room computer is the preferred option. However, if presenters must use their personal laptop due to software incompatibilities, they are required to:
    • Provide their own adapter to the HDMI port of the room projector.
    • Test the connection prior to the start of the talk session.
  • A 16:9 aspect ratio for the presentation is recommended to maximize the available space in the projector screen.


  • Poster sessions will be held in the Chillida Exhibition Gallery (1st floor).
  • Posters will be hung on Monday and will remain on display until the end of the Meeting. Presenters are expected to be available during the the poster sessions scheduled on Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
  • Codes assigned to each poster contribution will be displayed on the poster boards.
  • The poster board dimensions are 2 m high by 1 m wide. Material for hanging the posters will be available at the Poster room.
